Spring Park, Takoma Park Maryland

It's almost time for my eldest, Acorn to head to school. Luckily, her school, the Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery School has summer play dates to put nervous parents and children at ease. So, it was through these play dates, I discovered Spring Park.

Spring Park is a shaded oasis nestled in Takoma Park, Maryland. This park is perfect for little ones and families.  The people are as welcoming as the bubbling natural spring. I was thrilled my daughter’s pre school chose Spring Park for our Saturday play date. I’d never heard of it before, and it’s not far from Sligo creek, another one of our favorite local haunts.
